Shipping and returns
We sell products to adult individuals all around the world. If you have made an order, and the shipping is for some reason not possible (war, pandemic etc.), we will contact you and issue a full redund. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
The products are ordered on the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or any ambiguities arising therefrom unless otherwise specified. When ordering from the online store you are required to be familiar with and committed to the terms of delivery.
Shipping
All the products (except customized ones) are shipped within the next five business days from order. Customized products are shipped in two to three weeks from order. The products are delivered to the pick-up point near the customer. The local pick-up point informs the customer about the incoming delivery via e-mail or phone. Please write a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing an order.

North and South America: 12-16 days
Asia: 12-16 days
Africa and Australia: 12-16 days
(During high seasons like christmas delays may occur)
Returns & exchanges
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us: info@papurino.com, so we can help you to get a new product as soon as possible. Also if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it. Please contact us via e-mail (info@papurino.com) within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days after recieving the order. Detailed instructions here.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for customized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in case the product is damaged). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please pack the items well before shipping them, thank you for your co-operation!
Force majeure
We are not responsible for any impediment or delay in the delivery of the order due to a circumstance beyond our control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, disruption of public transport or any other similar impediment or obstruction to our operations.
