PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES
The prices are displayed in the presentation of each product in the online store. Product prices include VAT. The tax portion is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs anytime. The payment intermediaries are Op-Checkout, as well as Stripe Inc.
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents in the online payment service. After placing your order, you agree to follow your email to receive the order confirmation and other notification messages. You should contact our customer service immediately if there is anything to correct in the order confirmation. All customer information is treated confidentially. By placing an order, you give your consent to the registration of your information, Papurino Oy's customer register and the disclosure of information to third parties substantially related to the order (eg payment confirmation and transport company). By ordering a product from the online store, you accept the valid ordering and delivery terms and undertake to comply with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We will not be liable for any damage or disruption caused to the customer or a third party as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer. Papurino has the right to refuse to place an order for a justified reason (e.g. suspected misuse of data).
PAYMENT AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Our online store's payment service is OP Checkout, as well as Stripe Inc. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options: Credit card payment (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Pivo, MobilePay , Op Invoice and Collector Invoice. By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept our Terms of service.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail you have provided, showing the order details. It is your responsibility to check the contents of the order confirmation. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Keep your order confirmation until you have received and reviewed your order. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. You will find this information in the order confirmation. When you receive your order, check the contents of the package, and contact our customer service immediately if it does not match with the order confirmation. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver our products all around the world. If for any reason (eg due to war or pandemic) it is not possible to deliver to a certain country, we will contact the customer immediately, report about the situation, and refund the money used for the order. Delivery costs are stated at checkout and include both shipping and packaging costs.
We ship the products from Finland using a postal company called Posti Group Oyj. In other countries Posti´s partner companies take care of the deliveries. All the products (except customized ones) are shipped within the next five business days from order. Customized products are shipped normally in two to three weeks from order. The products are delivered to the pick-up point near the customer. The local pick-up point informs the customer via e-mail or phone about the incoming delivery. Please write a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing an order. Delivery time depends on the destination country. Here are the estimated delivery times to different countries:

We are not responsible for any impediment or delay in the delivery of the order due to a circumstance beyond our control, such as pandemic, strike, war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, disruption of public transport or any other similar impediment or obstruction to our operations.
ORDER RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
You have the right to return unused (excluding customized) products. Return notification must always be made to our customer service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make a return notification within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the products within 30 days of receiving the order. Product returns should always be made well packaged. The returned product must be in its original condition. The transaction amount will be refunded within a reasonable time, however no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product. Payment refunds will be made to the payment method used in the order. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of the return. Customized products, (e.g., a city map of your choice) have no right of return. It is possible to exchange the product for another within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In this case, you undertake to pay for the return, and the shipping costs for sending the new product, as well as the price difference if the new product is more expensive. The product to be replaced must be in its original condition. Customized products (e.g., a city map of your choice) have no right of exchange.

Failure to pick up an order does not mean canceling the order. For a package that has not been picked up and has not been notified separately, we will charge you for the costs incurred. In case of a complaint, we hope to contact you by e-mail: email@example.com. The free-form message must state the time of ordering, as well as the most accurate possible description of the defect. It is also desirable to include images in the notification.
PROBLEMS AND LIABILITY FOR ERRORS
We are responsible for defects in products and delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will be responsible for the order until the order is handed over to the consignee and from the time any return is received by the transport company. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, carefully describe the package before and after opening it and send the pictures and information about the damage to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than four working days after receiving the shipment. Errors detected during the pick-up situation should be reported immediately to the person handing over your order during the pick-up situation.

We reserve the right to change our Terms of service. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the Terms of service valid at the time. Finnish law applies to these terms. The Parties shall, in the first instance, seek by negotiation to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. If the parties cannot reach an agreement through negotiations, the disputes will be finally settled in the Kanta-Häme District Court.
