Helsinki (Oulunkylä, Veräjämäki, Koskela, Käpylä, Kumpula, Toukola, Arabianranta)
You can put this wooden city map on your desk, or hang it on the wall. It’s a beautiful and long-lasting memory of the city, which has a special place in your heart. It’s also an unique gift for your loved one.
We make all the maps in our workshop in Finland. You can choose between natural, or black stained birch plywood. The blocks have been cut out of the wood, so that you can see the wall behind the map. That makes the artwork light and stylish for any interior. Every map is packed to a durable cardboard envelope. Wall mounting instructions included.
NOTE: If you ordered the map as a gift, please remember to add the recipient's e-mail address and phone number to the contact information in checkout.
- Choose the color: Natural wood or black stained
- Choose the size: S (29 x 40 cm), M (40 x 56 cm), L (50 x 70 cm), or XL (71 x 100 cm)
- Made of 4 mm birch plywood
- Easy wall mounting with double-sided tape that is ready at the back of the map
- Every map is carefully hand finished
- Made in Finland
Double-sided tape grabs well to most wall materials, such as painted wallboard, wood and smooth stone wall. However it may not grab well to a rough surface. Always ensure the hanging with a nail. Please note, that wood is a natural material and may bend as a result of humidity variations. The map retains its shape best when taped to the wall.

We are a group of three entrepreneurs. Our passion is to create touching interior products from natural materials. We are all three visualists, and we enjoy doing crafts. We all participate in product design, assembly, and other day-to-day work. In addition, we have the following adaptive responsibilities: Anna as a textile designer is responsible for visual marketing and Papurino’s visual art. Kaarlo is responsible for the production side with the experience of a woodwork teacher. Olli has a degree in international business and is responsible for sales and marketing.
Maps are a shared passion for Olli and Kaarlo. Together, they design and produce new city maps. Creating a new city map is always a challenge. Not only it should express the target city as well as possible, but the map should also be visually balanced and feasible when cut on plywood.
